Acero - Vázquez e Hijos SL is a young and modern firm, with an eagerness to improve and with an aged-old meat and butcher based tradition which goes back to the beginning of the century. This firm manufactures the products called EL BARTOLO EXTREMEÑO, which are both the typical blood sausage and "patatera" in the area and succulent cured loin and ham.

The manufacturing of our products is highly rigorous both in the selection of the raw materials and in the production and curing controls, combining new technologies with traditional recipe, which pass from one generation to another.
