When you buy a bottle of our Extra Olive Oil, you obtain a product made after a long elaboration and selection process, whose methods have been kept unaltered for more than ninety years. Every year, when a new olive harvest-time begins (in October), Euroliva picks, for its customers, the best fruits obtained in the area of Sierra de Gata-Hurdes, to the north of the Province of Cáceres. Only those olives, picked from the best olive trees, and once they have reached their complete ripening process, are chosen by our firm to produce the best Extra Olive Oil. Once they are in our factory, we carefully select the olives, because this is the only way we can guarantee the best quality that our customers demand and we have offered since our very origins. In the production process, the olives are subjected to a very simple pressing process, by this means we obtain our Extra Olive Oil maintaining all its excellent characteristics. There is no more elaboration process. Then our tasters will choose, according to very strict criterion inherited from our ancestors, that oil which has the appropriate colour, aroma and taste that we consider to be necessary to be bottled under our trade mark. That is why, when tasting our oil, you will enjoy the result of an exhaustive work, both in the production and in the selection of our best oil, because our final goal is always to offer the best for your health and palate.
